Glass Exhibition Brochure
I designed a brochure for an exhibition at Mercer University titled "Glass: The Substance That Shapes Our World", which showcased glass artifacts from the Yulssus Lynn Holmes Collection. The entire collection consists of over 1000 artifacts Dr. Holmes and his wife have purchased over the years while traveling, however, this exhibition featured only items made of glass.
Final Design
After viewing all of the objects in person, I chose to feature the Roman Bronze Mirror on the cover as it contained a range of stunning textures and colors. On the middle spread, I gave legibility the upmost importance and used a two-column layout to create consistency, only breaking the grid here and there to provide visual interest.
