Mercer University Athletics
Through my internship with the Marketing department, I led Mercer Baseball’s content creation for the 2022 season. My job was to design and develop creative assets that could be used for game day graphics, social media posts, and promotional materials. As a member of the football team at Mercer, I also created several graphics for my teammates in my free time, along with a schedule poster for the 2020 season.
Baseball Game Templates
There are many games throughout the lengthy season, so game templates are a necessity. Here are several templates I created to help our team provide quick game updates.
Baseball Social Graphics
When our team had success on the diamond, we wanted to tell our fans (and opponents) about it on social media and encourage them to attend upcoming games. These graphics were designed to be bold and to stop scrollers in their tracks.
Baseball Cards
For one series, I had the opportunity to design a deck of baseball cards for the team. 200 decks, with 51 cards per deck, were printed and distributed to coaches, players, and fans at the game. The pictures included (captured by James Thomas) show kids getting their cards autographed by their favorite players.
Football Graphics
Here are a couple of posters and graphics I designed for my teammates, coaches, and position group. With no design restrictions, I got to play around with various textures and compositions in each piece.
