Reella Real Estate Website
I designed the website for a hypothetical real estate company I created called Reella. Through the process of making the website, I was able to research the competition, identify the target audience, solve perceived pain points, and design a clean aesthetic.
Concept & User Need
I started off the project by defining two statements—the concept statement and user need statement. Both of these helped me to lay out what I wanted to accomplish and ultimately what problem needed to be solved.

Analysis & User Persona
To start my research, I conducted a competitive analysis of the three biggest competitors which allowed me to learn what was common and how I could stand out. Then, I created a user persona so I could really visualize who would be using the website.

Task Flow & Sitemap
Next, I created a task flow representing a single path a typical user would take and a sitemap showing how each page would connect to one another. The competitive analysis guided my decision about what pages to include and which to leave out.

Low-Fi & Medium Wires
Then, it was time to start laying down the framework for my site. I began with quick, rough sketches and later moved on to more refined wireframes. I wanted to keep the design simple and clean to keep the stressed-out users feeling calm and confident.

Mood Board & Design System
After that, I moved on to the portion where I got to explore and gather my design inspiration. I found some colors and a font that would work perfectly, so I created a design system for the project that I could continuously refer back to.

Final Design & Prototype
Finally, I applied my design system to my polished wireframes, prototyped the pages to show interactions, and designed a couple mockups to showcase the finished screens. The prototype shows the task flow and the design of the remaining pages.
